Virtual Drawing Solutions Ltd was initially formed as Virtual Solutions, a sole trader business, in 2004.  The company then moved to Limited status in December 2007.

Virtual Drawing Solutions was set up by Design Director, Paul Hocking, who boasts over 25 years experience in the Office Space Planning & Workspace Design Industry and was created to offer a comprehensive service for the following sectors:

• Architectural
• Commercial
• Retail

Paul Hocking qualified as a Design Engineer in 1984, working initially on mechanical design before moving into the retail and commercial sector some 11 years later.  Paul then spent nine years working primarily with the Nationwide Building Society, as a consultant, in the Property Services Department, building up a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of this field.

Paul also spent time at a local college, teaching CAD, in order to obtain his teaching qualification.  As part of his continued professional development, he is currently studying interior design through Rhodec International, to achieve his diploma.

As a consequence of all this experience, the company are able to specialise in more than just design;

We undertake anything from surveys to 2D drawing elevations, right through to 3D images, whether it is one image for the purpose of client presentation or planning applications or a complete walk through to show a client what they can expect the finished project to look like.

Our 3D visualization services in particular, are state of the art, tailored exactly to our clients’ needs- from still images right through to animated fly-bys which makes Office Space Planning all the more easy.

We often find our 3D work has been effective as a motivational tool for office/retail refurbishments and also in helping other companies secure a tender.
